Choose an eSIM package for Mexico

Select the best package based on your travel duration and data needs. Activation ready within minutes after purchase.

The packages above connect through Mexico local operators. No physical SIM card required, no roaming charges.

    What do package types mean?

eSIMbag offers three different package types. Review the explanations below to understand which one suits you.

    STANDARD FIXED

Includes a specific data amount (e.g., 5 GB, 20 GB, 50 GB). Connection stops when the package data is fully consumed. Data depletion speed depends on the user; suitable for short and medium trips.

Ideal usage: Those who want to control data consumption and travel on a specific budget.

Additional packages can be purchased after data is depleted.

    UNLIMITED ESSENTIAL

Includes a daily high-speed data quota. When the quota is reached, connection is not lost; internet continues at lower speed (typically 1–2 Mbps). Quota resets at the end of the day.

Ideal usage: Users who want to stay continuously connected without high-speed requirements. An economical option for long trips.

Even at reduced speed, navigation, messaging, and social media continue to work.

    UNLIMITED PLUS

Includes a daily high-speed data quota; when reached, speed continues at moderate level (above 2 Mbps). Offers both higher daily quota and better reduced-speed performance than the Essential package.

Ideal usage: Video content, video calls, or hotspot users. Long trips where comfort and connection quality are priority.

Quota automatically renews every 24 hours.

    Which package should I choose?

First determine your usage intensity, then evaluate the recommended and alternative packages together.

Frequently asked questions about package selection

Is there a quota limit on unlimited packages?

Yes, unlimited packages have a daily high-speed data quota. When the quota is reached, the connection is not lost; internet continues at a lower speed. Every 24 hours the quota renews and speed returns to high level.

Can I buy an additional package before my current one expires?

Yes. You can purchase a new package while your current package is still active. The new package activates after the previous one ends.

    What do the 2G, 3G, 4G, 5G badges mean?

These badges indicate the network technologies supported by the package. 4G/LTE is the most common standard. While 5G support may exist, it may not be active everywhere depending on local infrastructure and location.

My package validity expired but I still have data left. What happens?

When the validity period expires, remaining data becomes unusable. You can continue connectivity by extending the duration or purchasing an additional package.
