An eSIM (embedded SIM) is a digital SIM card integrated into your device. Instead of inserting a physical card, it is digitally loaded and activated via QR code or application.

How does an eSIM work?

After purchase, you receive a QR code or activation code via email. You scan this code in your device's eSIM settings to load the profile. Data usage begins when you activate the eSIM upon arriving at your destination.

Does my device support eSIM?

iPhone XS and later, Samsung Galaxy S20 and later, Google Pixel 3 and later support eSIM. You can check eSIM compatibility in Settings > General > About. Your device must also be network unlocked.

What is the difference between a regional and a country package?

A country package is valid only in that specific country. A regional package works across multiple countries within a region like Europe or Asia. For multi-destination trips, regional packages are both practical and generally more economical.
