This Purchase Policy explains how eSIMbag purchases work, including package selection, order creation, payment, digital delivery, discounts, device responsibility, and the final-sale nature of digital eSIM package purchases.

1. Introduction

This Purchase Policy (“Policy”) applies to purchases of digital eSIM packages made through the eSIMbag platform operated by eSIMbag LLC.

This Policy explains how orders, payments, digital delivery, discounts, device responsibility, support, and payment-related corrections are handled.

eSIM packages are digital products. Once payment is completed, the purchase is considered final sale and is non-refundable, except where mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded by law require otherwise.

This Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service, Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and the package/order information shown before payment.

2. Scope of This Policy

This Policy applies to customer purchases made through the eSIMbag website and related order/payment flows.

It covers country-based, regional, and global digital eSIM data packages offered through eSIMbag.

  • Package discovery and selection
  • Order creation
  • Payment processing through supported payment methods
  • Discount or coupon application where available
  • Digital delivery of eSIM information
  • Device compatibility and user responsibility
  • Post-purchase support
  • Payment status clarification and payment correction review where applicable

3. Digital Nature of eSIM Products

eSIM packages are digital mobile data products. They are not physical goods that can be returned in unused condition.

After purchase, an eSIM package may be assigned to an order, linked to a user account, provisioned through an eSIM provider, associated with a unique ICCID or SKU, or made available through QR/LPA installation information.

Digital delivery may occur through an account page, order screen, QR code, LPA information, email notification, or another supported digital method.

Because digital eSIM products may be reserved, assigned, delivered, viewed, installed, activated, or used after payment, completed purchases are treated as final sale.

4. Before You Buy

Before completing a purchase, you are responsible for reviewing the package details and confirming that the selected package is suitable for your device, destination, travel plan, and data needs.

Please check all relevant details before payment, because completed eSIM package purchases are final and non-refundable.

  • Confirm that the package covers your destination country, region, or global travel need.
  • Confirm the data allowance and validity period.
  • Confirm the price shown during the order/payment flow.
  • Confirm that your device supports eSIM technology.
  • Confirm that your device is unlocked and not restricted by a carrier lock.
  • Confirm that you will have Wi‑Fi or another internet connection available during installation.
  • Review any package notes, coverage information, or installation requirements shown before payment.
  • Contact support before payment if you are unsure whether the package is suitable for your use case.

5. Order Creation

When you select an eSIM package and proceed with purchase, eSIMbag may create an order record connected to the selected package, account, email address, price, discount information where applicable, and payment status.

Creating an order does not always mean that payment has been completed or that the eSIM has already been delivered. Digital delivery, provisioning, or order completion may depend on successful payment and provider processing.

eSIMbag may reject, suspend, or cancel an order before completion if there is an obvious system error, pricing error, payment risk, suspected misuse, legal compliance issue, unsupported service condition, or technical/operational reason preventing the service from being provided.

6. Payments

Payments are processed through supported third-party payment providers. eSIMbag does not store full card numbers or CVV codes on its own systems.

The amount payable is the amount shown during the order or payment flow, subject to any valid discount, coupon, tax, fee, currency conversion, or payment-provider/bank-related charge that may apply.

Your bank, card issuer, card network, payment provider, or country may apply additional charges, exchange rate differences, international transaction fees, or authorization holds. These are outside eSIMbag’s direct control.

If payment is declined, fails, is reversed, or is not completed, the eSIM package may not be delivered or may not be made available.

7. Discounts, Coupons, and Promotions

eSIMbag may offer discounts, coupons, promotional codes, or campaign-based price reductions within the order or payment flow.

Discounts and coupons are valid only under the conditions shown or communicated for the relevant campaign. They may be limited by time, package, destination, account, order, user, or other eligibility criteria.

Coupons and discounts cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, applied retroactively to completed purchases, combined unless expressly allowed, or used in a misleading or abusive manner.

eSIMbag may reject, cancel, or limit a discount or coupon if there is a technical error, obvious pricing/discount error, misuse, suspected fraud, unauthorized sharing, or breach of campaign conditions.

8. Partnerships and Business Arrangements

eSIMbag may in the future offer partnership, business, reseller, affiliate, or other commercial arrangements under separate written agreements or dedicated business terms.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement, this Purchase Policy applies to ordinary customer purchases made through the eSIMbag platform.

Special commercial pricing, business account conditions, partner access, custom payment terms, or other business arrangements do not apply to a customer purchase unless they are expressly enabled for that account or order.

9. Digital Delivery

After successful payment and provider processing, eSIM information may be delivered digitally through supported methods such as the account page, order page, QR code, LPA information, installation instructions, email notification, or another supported digital delivery method.

Digital delivery does not guarantee that installation, activation, or local network connection will be successful on every device or in every location.

Installation and use depend on device compatibility, device settings, operating system support, Wi‑Fi or internet availability during setup, local operator conditions, roaming availability, and destination-specific coverage.

QR codes, LPA information, ICCIDs, and activation details may be specific to your order and account. You should not share, resell, duplicate, or use them in an unauthorized way.

10. Device Compatibility and User Responsibility

You are responsible for confirming device compatibility before purchase. eSIMbag does not guarantee that every phone, tablet, wearable device, laptop, operating system version, regional device variant, or carrier configuration will support eSIM installation or activation.

Device incompatibility, carrier lock, regional device restriction, incorrect roaming settings, incorrect APN settings, disabled mobile data, missing internet connection during installation, or user installation error does not create a right to a refund.

If you are unsure whether your device supports eSIM, you should check your device manufacturer, mobile carrier, or eSIMbag compatibility information before completing payment.

11. Coverage and Network Conditions

Coverage and service quality may vary depending on destination, local operator availability, roaming arrangements, network congestion, indoor/outdoor conditions, terrain, device settings, and local regulations.

Coverage information is provided to help users choose a suitable package, but eSIMbag does not guarantee uninterrupted service, equal speed in every location, availability on every local network, or successful connection in every building or area.

Weak signal, limited local operator coverage, rural coverage limitations, indoor reception issues, network congestion, local network maintenance, or destination-specific restrictions do not create a right to a refund.

12. Final Sale and Non-Refundable Purchases

All completed purchases of digital eSIM packages through eSIMbag are final sale and non-refundable once payment is completed.

A purchase is not refundable because of wrong package selection, wrong destination selection, device incompatibility, carrier lock, installation difficulty, user error, local network conditions, coverage limitations, travel plan changes, change of mind, non-use, partial use, full use, expiry, deletion of the eSIM profile, or choosing not to install the eSIM.

Technical support may be provided where possible, but support review, troubleshooting, redelivery assistance, installation guidance, or provider-status review does not create a promise of a refund, credit, exchange, or cancellation.

13. Payment Errors and Payment Corrections

A failed payment attempt, temporary authorization, pending bank authorization, duplicate-looking card statement entry, or payment-provider delay may appear before it is released or corrected by your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Temporary authorizations and pending charges are not product refunds and may be handled according to the bank, card issuer, card network, or payment provider’s own timelines.

If you believe you were charged more than once for the same order or that a payment processing error occurred, contact eSIMbag support with your order and payment information.

A verified duplicate charge, payment processing error, or legally required payment correction does not make the delivered digital eSIM product refundable. Such matters are reviewed separately based on payment provider records, transaction history, and applicable law.

14. Post-Purchase Support

eSIMbag aims to assist users with reasonable post-purchase support requests related to order status, payment status, digital delivery, installation, activation, device settings, or connectivity troubleshooting.

Support may include installation guidance, activation troubleshooting, device setting suggestions, order status review, payment status clarification, delivery review, or provider-status review where available.

Providing support does not guarantee a specific outcome, successful installation on an incompatible device, local network availability, or a refund.

15. Fraud, Misuse, and Abuse

eSIMbag may reject, suspend, cancel, or review orders and accounts where there is suspected fraud, payment risk, misuse, unauthorized activity, false information, coupon abuse, chargeback abuse, or breach of the Terms of Service.

Attempts to obtain free service, reverse a valid completed purchase, misuse support channels, exploit discounts, or make false claims may result in account review, order restrictions, support limitations, or other reasonable actions permitted by applicable law.

16. Mandatory Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Policy removes or limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded, waived, or limited by contract under applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, eSIMbag’s commercial policy is that completed purchases of digital eSIM packages are final sale and non-refundable.

If a non-waivable legal rule applies, eSIMbag will handle the matter in accordance with that rule, payment records, order records, and the applicable dispute resolution process.

17. Changes to This Policy

eSIMbag may update this Purchase Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the Services, payment flows, provider requirements, legal requirements, operational processes, or support procedures.

The Last Updated date shows when this Policy was most recently revised.

Your continued use of eSIMbag after an updated Policy takes effect means that the updated Policy will apply to purchases made after its effective date.
